Deep Looking Immersion — Group One

You've already started looking. This is where we go deeper, together, over thirteen weeks. Deep Looking Immersion is a small group space for unwinding the contractions you carry — allowing them to arise, to be felt, and to resolve themselves, so that space opens up where there used to be holding. We work gently with the core places most of us know well: the sense of not being enough, guilt and shame, abandonment, fear, and the emotions that have been kept down for a long time. We meet the energies of the inner parents and the inner child, we use meditation to connect with the deeper aspects of who you are, and we return, again and again, to the ease and lightness of simply being you.
