This policy explains what information ilonaciunaite.com collects from visitors and members, how it’s used, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you leave a comment, post in the forum, or register for an account, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, and any content you post, along with your IP address and browser information for spam prevention. If you upload a profile photo through Gravatar, that image will appear publicly alongside your comments or posts.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and make commenting more convenient. Login sessions last up to two weeks if you choose “Remember Me”; comment cookies last about a year. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
Media and Uploads
If you upload images, for example a profile photo or forum attachment, please avoid including location data (EXIF/GPS), as other visitors may be able to extract it from the image file.
Embedded Content
Some pages may include embedded videos or content from other sites. That content behaves as if you visited the third-party site directly, and it may set its own cookies or track your interaction with it.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Comments and forum posts are kept indefinitely so that conversations remain intact and follow-up replies aren’t held for moderation. If you register for an account, your profile information is stored until you edit or delete it, or request removal.
Your Rights
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an export of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing admin@ilonaciunaite.com. Some data may be retained where we’re required to for legal, security, or administrative reasons.
Sharing Your Data
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. Comments may be checked automatically by a spam-detection service, and password reset requests include your IP address for security purposes.
Contact
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to admin@ilonaciunaite.com.
