Deep Looking Immersion
Understanding is no longer the issue.
This is what comes next.
You may already be familiar with presence, awareness, and clarity. And yet, in ordinary moments, something still tightens. Emotions arise. The body contracts. Old stories return, quietly asking to be met.
This isn’t a failure of your practice. It’s the natural next step — and it’s what the Deep Looking Immersion is built for: a 90-day live container for turning toward your own experience, so inner peace stops being an idea and becomes something lived.
What the Deep Looking Immersion Is About
There’s a common misconception on the path: that once clarity arrives, uncomfortable feelings should stop showing up. When they don’t, something in the system resists — the mind tries to fix, avoidance returns in subtle forms, and what appears gets treated as an obstacle rather than as emotion asking to be felt.
Deep Looking works with this differently. Contraction in the body, emotions that were never fully met, and reactive patterns are approached as intelligent movements of life, not problems to solve. Through direct attention and embodied inquiry, what’s been held at a distance begins to soften on its own.
"Freedom is not freedom from experience. Freedom is the capacity to feel without contracting. "
What Becomes Possible Over 90 Days
Meet bodily contraction as it arises, without fixing or suppressing it.
Stay present with emotions that once felt overwhelming or unwanted.
Recognize habitual strategies of not feeling, and gently step out of them.
Relate to inner child dynamics with care, maturity, and honesty.
Allow reactive patterns — especially in relationships — to unwind naturally.
Find inner peace in ordinary moments, not through control, but through inclusion.

How the 90-Day Immersion Works
- Weekly live calls: 90 minutes on Zoom, once a week, in a small, intimate circle of sincere participants.
- No fixed curriculum:Each session is guided in real time. What’s explored comes from what’s actually alive in the group, not a pre-set lesson plan.
- One-on-one guiding within the group:While one person is guided directly, others hold the space with attentive presence – this shared attention supports deeper movement than private work alone.
- Recorded for participants:Sessions are recorded and available for participants to rewatch anytime.
- Embodied participation:This is live, felt work – not a lecture. What happens in the room happens in you.
What we work with: Together, we meet the most common contractions and unresolved emotional knots that shape daily life – our relationship with the inner parents and the inner child, and patterns of contraction around not being enough, guilt, shame, abandonment, hopelessness, fear, anxiety, connection, and safety, along with whatever else is alive for the group in the moment. As these old patterns resolve, they leave room for ease, joy, relaxation, and simply feeling good in your own life.
Together, this creates a field of safety, intimacy, and trust where real meeting can happen.
